Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver – Residential HVAC Company

A well-established Residential HVAC company is looking for a dependable, full-time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting field operations by managing inventory, delivering materials, and keeping job sites running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, takes initiative, and works well with minimal supervision. If you're reliable, proactive, and looking to grow your career in the trades, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Deliver and receive HVAC parts, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Assists install crews with moving equipment in and out of customer homes
• Pick up materials from vendors
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and parking area
• Perform routine warehouse tasks and general upkeep

What You Need

• Valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Familiarity with job site safety practices and PPE
• Forklift certification a plus
• Must pass a drug test and background check
