Warranty & Punchout Technician

Seeking an exceptional drywaller, service technician/punchout carpenter. Candidate will be a skilled, hardworking, professional, possessing a keen attention to detail. Must have experience in drywall, paint, light carpentry/trim and have their own tools and transportation. Candidate must also be able to touch/match textured ceilings during repairs. Must be able to work independently, walk houses in finish stage and determine what punch work needs to be completed and have the tools necessary to complete the task. Candidate should be comfortable communicating with homeowners and working inside their house. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with multiple contacts on each job.
