A new environmental and septic company in the Phoenix Metro area is looking for experienced installers and repair technicians to join our team. We will train the right person if you have verifiable equipment experience. We need reliable, hardworking individuals who can hit the ground running.

Requirements

Industry Experience: Proven background in septic system and wastewater installation, maintenance, and repair.

Equipment Operation: Hands-on experience safely operating heavy equipment (such as excavators, backhoes, or skid steers).

Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory for operating company vehicles.

Physical Capability: Ability to perform heavy physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing on-site system issues.

Key Responsibilities

Install new residential and commercial septic and wastewater systems.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain existing systems efficiently.

Safely transport, load, and operate heavy machinery on diverse job sites.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and communicate professionally with clients.
