Position: Water Filtration Service Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Occasional overtime)
Compensation: $20.00 – $26.00 / hour (DOE) + Opportunities for Advancement
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Water Filter Service Technician to join our team at Water & Air Works. In this role, you will be the face of our company, installing and servicing customized water filtration and treatment systems for our established residential and commercial customers across Southwest Washington.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service residential and commercial water filtration systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and clear communication with clients.
- Handle basic on-site transactions and invoicing (invoicing and payment handling experience is a plus).
- Safely operate basic tools and equipment (forklift experience is a plus, but not required).
- Customer-First Attitude: Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Ability to Multitask: Strong organizational skills to navigate daily service routes.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied service environments.
- Safety Mindset: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto insurance.
- Competitive Wage: $20.00 – $26.00 / hour (Depending on Experience).
