Water & Fire Damage Restoration Technician – $25–$40/hr DOE – Immediate Start

ERC is hiring an experienced restoration technician to join our mitigation team. Full-time, immediate start.

PAY: $25–$40/hr depending on experience and certifications, plus overtime and on-call pay.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond to water, fire, and smoke losses, including after-hours on-call rotation
• Extraction, demo, and structural drying
• Set and monitor drying equipment; take moisture readings and document jobs
• Fire/smoke cleanup, odor control, and contents pack-outs
• Work professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of water and/or fire restoration experience
• Valid CA driver's license and a driving record insurable under our company policy
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawlspaces, and wear PPE including respirators
• Professional appearance and conduct; must follow company uniform and grooming standards

PREFERRED
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
