Description

Dual Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Manager-Crew Leader to oversee and lead our restoration teams in water, fire, and mold projects. If you have a passion for helping people during emergencies and the leadership skills to guide a crew effectively, this is the role for you.

As a Crew Leader/Manager, you will supervise job sites, ensure quality control, coordinate with clients and insurance representatives, and manage technicians while also participating hands-on in restoration work.

Leadership & Management:

Lead, supervise, and train restoration technicians on job sites.
Coordinate daily job assignments, workflow, and project timelines.
Ensure all restoration procedures follow industry standards and company protocols.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure superior work performance.
Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters, management companies, and insurance representatives.
Maintain crew efficiency, safety compliance, and project organization.
Hands-On Restoration Work

Respond promptly to emergency service calls for water, fire, and mold damage.
Assess damage and develop restoration plans tailored to each project.
Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and mitigation.
Conduct inspections and testing for fire damage or mold growth.
Execute fire cleanup including debris removal, odor elimination, and content cleaning.
Perform mold remediation including containment setup, air filtration, removal of contaminated materials, and clearance preparation.
Utilize restoration tools such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, ozone machines, and moisture meters.
Documentation & Reporting

Document job progress with photos, notes, and detailed measurements.
Provide comprehensive reports for clients, adjusters, and internal records.
Maintain accurate vehicle, equipment, and supply inventories.
Coordinate daily job assignments, workflow, and project timelines.
Ensure all restoration procedures follow industry standards and company protocols.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure superior work performance.
Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters, management companies, and insurance representatives.
Maintain crew efficiency, safety compliance, and project organization.
Requirements:

2+ years of restoration experience (water, fire, mold) required.
Prior crew leader or manager/supervisor experience required.
Knowledge of restoration equipment and industry practices.
IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) are highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to assess damage accurately and solve problems efficiently.
Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must speak English & Spanish.
Must be able to commute to New York, NY.
