Description
Water Heater technician, Responsible for ALL aspects of water heater diagnosing, maintenance, repair replacements/installations in residential, commercial and tankless applications. We will train to suit positions needs and offer weekly training classes.
- Build on-site quotes and explain work necessary to customers to resolve customer issue using tablet with field based software.
- Collect payment from customers (as needed) using credit card swipers and recording payments when work is complete and email customer invoice.
- Communicate the need of specialty products for jobs as needed.
- Develope relationships with suppliers to coordinate material availability.
- Safely drive company provided van to multiple locations, following all safety vehicle requirements.
- Maintain tools and inventory stock of service vehicle.
- Comply with federal, state and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Maintain company service vehicle.
