Water Mitigation Manager (Xactimate Expert Required)

We are actively seeking a high-performing Water Mitigation Manager who knows how to run projects, lead crews, communicate with adjusters, and CLOSE JOBS. If you are confident in your Xactimate skills and can manage mitigation projects from start to finish, we want to speak with you immediately.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a results-driven leader who can take ownership of mitigation projects, keep workflows moving, and ensure a seamless transition to the reconstruction department.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

*Manage all incoming water mitigation projects from initial assignment through completion
*Lead and supervise field crews to ensure efficiency, quality, and professionalism
*Write, review, and bill jobs using Xactimate
*Maintain clear communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal team
*Ensure smooth handoff to reconstruction department once mitigation is completed
*Track project progress, timelines, and documentation
*Ensure jobs are properly documented with photos, notes, and drying logs
*Close jobs efficiently while maintaining strong client satisfaction
*Handle multiple projects while keeping operations organized and profitable

Requirements (Must Have):
*Strong Xactimate knowledge
*Proven experience managing water mitigation projects
*Ability to supervise and lead field technicians
*Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and team members
*Ability to close jobs and keep projects moving
*Must have reliable transportation
*Strong organization and time management skills
*Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
*7+ years in water mitigation/restoration
*IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT preferred)
*Experience coordinating mitigation to reconstruction workflow
*Strong leadership background in restoration industry
