Restoration Pros LLC is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Water Mitigation Sales
Technician / Project Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for
someone with experience in water damage restoration who enjoys building relationships,
managing projects, and helping customers through unexpected property losses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage, flood, sewage, and mold-related losses.
• Perform on-site inspections using moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and other

diagnostic equipment.
• Develop mitigation scopes of work and communicate recommendations to property
owners and insurance representatives.
• Obtain signed work authorizations and assist customers throughout the restoration
process.
• Schedule, supervise, and support mitigation crews to ensure projects are completed
efficiently and safely.

• Monitor drying progress, document moisture readings, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Prepare accurate job documentation, photos, and daily project updates.
• Coordinate with plumbers, adjusters, property managers, reconstruction teams, and

environmental consultants.

• Maintain exceptional customer service from initial inspection through project completion.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance

professionals, and other industry partners.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with IICRC standards and company
procedures.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or emergency services
(preferred).

• Sales or business development experience is a must.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500 water mitigation standards.
• Experience using moisture meters and thermal imaging equipment.
• Familiarity with Xactimate or other estimating software is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
