Water mitigation technician

**Renewal Restoration — Water Mitigation Technician**
| $22–$25/hr DOE | Full-time

We're a water mitigation and reconstruction company looking for an experienced technician who can run a loss the right way from the first call to the final dry standard.

**What you'll do**

• Perform emergency water extraction, demo, and structural drying
• Set and monitor drying equipment; take daily moisture readings until dry standard is met
• Document every job in the Mitigate app — photos, readings, scope, and daily logs
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and your project manager
• Maintain equipment and keep the truck stocked and job-ready

**Requirements**

• IICRC WRT certification (ASD and AMRT a plus)
• Working knowledge of the Mitigate app for job documentation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and respond to after-hours emergency calls
• Reliable, on time, and takes pride in doing the job right
