We're a growing water mitigation and drainage company looking for someone who:

Has reliable transportation

Can dig, crawl through wet and muddy spaces, and handle physically demanding work

Knows when to slow down for precision and when to move fast

Can take direction and work independently without constant oversight.

Preferred: Experience in construction, especially crawl spaces and basements.
Location & schedule: Based in Anchorage, AK, with occasional jobs in the Mat-Su Valley and Girdwood. Typically Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm; some weekend work may be required.

Growth track: Strong potential to move into a management role within 3–6 months, depending on experience. Beyond the skills above, we're looking for someone punctual, reliable, and capable of managing people, customers, and time.

Background check policy: We are an equal opportunity employer. We do run background checks, but we primarily look at the last seven years of history unless someone is on active parole or probation. Pay: $25/hour, plus bonuses for managers.
