Water Mitigation Technician ON-CALL EMERGENCY RESPONSE

IMPORTANT – This Is an On-Call Position

Experience Required

This position is NOT a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.

There are no guaranteed weekly hours.

Work is assigned as emergency restoration jobs are received.
Some weeks may have few or no calls.
During storms or large loss events, you may work significant overtime.
Applicants should be comfortable with a flexible schedule.

JOB DETAILS:

Respond to emergency water losses

Extract standing water
Set up drying equipment
Monitor drying progress
Perform demolition of damaged materials
Install containment barriers
Complete detailed documentation using mobile apps
Take moisture readings
Photograph job progress
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation to report for emergency calls
Able to lift 75+ lbs
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and construction environments
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Must pass background check and drug screening
