The Essentials:
✅ 1+ year of restoration/mitigation experience preferred.
✅ IICRC certification is a plus (we’ll help you get it if you don’t!).
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license & clean record.
✅ Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job (lifting 50–75 lbs).
✅ Flexibility for a rotating on-call schedule.
