Water Softener + Filtration Installer - Flexible Schedule

We are a brand new and fast growing local water filtration company servicing Broward County and South Florida. We specialize and install whole-home water filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems for residential customers. We are looking for a licensed, reliable installer who has experience with these types of systems, basic plumbing and who wants consistent, well paid, installation work with a company that's scaling fast.

This starts as contract/part-time work (1-3 installs per week) with a clear path to full-time W2 (if interested) as our install volume grows. We're investing heavily in marketing and growing quickly — the right person will have more work than they can handle within a few months. Our goal is to scale to 30-60 installs per month within the next 90 days, we have a clear path to get there. Join us as we grow across Broward County, South Florida, and then into the rest of the Sunshine State!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Installing 10x54 whole-home water softener/filtration systems
• Installing under-sink 5-stage reverse osmosis systems (tank and/or tankless)
• Basic plumbing tie-ins, testing, and cleanup
• Being professional and friendly with homeowners during installs
• Getting google reviews after job is done (extra $$)
• Typical install takes 3-4 hours

What We Need:

• Plumbing experience (licensed preferred)
• Your own tools
• Reliable transportation (company vehicle will be available as we grow)
• Ability to take install jobs with 48-72 hours notice
• Someone who shows up on time, does clean work, and doesn't cut corners
• Professional appearance and communication
• Good with homeowners — you're representing the company in their home.

• $400-600 per install depending on work needed and experience
