We are seeking an experienced Waterproofer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for skilled professionals with hands-on experience installing waterproofing systems on residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has experience waterproofing decks, balconies, walkways, and planters, and is knowledgeable in industry-leading systems including LifeDeck, Pli-Dek, Sika, CIM, and Westcoat.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare concrete and plywood surfaces for waterproofing applications.
Install liquid-applied and membrane waterproofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.
Apply primers, reinforcing fabrics, base coats, top coats, and sealants.
Waterproof decks, balconies, walkways, planters, and other exterior surfaces.
Repair cracks, joints, and substrate deficiencies before installation.
Maintain a clean and safe job site while following OSHA safety standards.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and waterproof integrity.
Properly maintain tools and equipment.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional waterproofing experience (required).
Experience with one or more of the following systems:
LifeDeck
Pli-Dek
Sika
CIM
Westcoat
Ability to read and follow manufacturer installation procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working outdoors.
Requirements

Reliable transportation.

Personal waterproofing tools.
Available to start immediately.
Valid Driver's License (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
