EmpireWorks Reconstruction is hiring Waterproofing Technicians to join our field teams working on large apartment communities, condominiums, and commercial buildings throughout Riverside, Ontario, and San Bernardino (Inland Empire area).

This is hands-on, outdoor work on occupied residential properties where teamwork, safety, and pride in quality work matter. We provide all tools and equipment, on-the-job training, and real opportunities to grow and move up within the company.

PAY & SCHEDULE
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and role)
40 hours per week
Paid every Friday

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Deck coating installations to protect buildings from water damage
Outdoor work in a team environment
Using ladders, sprayers, and waterproofing equipment
Following safety guidelines and supporting your crew

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years experience in deck coatings

Knowledge of flashing installation
Experience with cementitious deck or walkway systems
Familiarity with Westcoat and/or Plydeck (plus)
Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials (sealants, membranes, coatings)
OSHA 10 (plus)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude & team mindset
