waterproofing/Pli-Dek/Vulkem

Waterproofing balconies using the Pli-Dek Waterproofing system or Vulkem Waterproofing system Must have transportation, tools, and equipment plus insurance or work comp exempt. All new construction. Install in 2 phases. Experience in Pli-Dek/Vulkem wanted but I can train for this. Most balconies are minimum 150 sq. ft. or larger. Total pay is $3.75 per sq. ft.for Pli Dek. 1st coat installation is $2.50 per sq. ft. and 2nd coat is $1.25 per sq.ft. for Pli Dek, $2.00 per sq.ft. for Vulkem 1st coat and $1.00 for 2nd coat, $3.00 per sqft total for Vulkem. $1000.00-$3000.00 per week.
