Key Responsibilities HVAC Work: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems, heat pumps, : light plumbing, electrical troubleshooting,
Unit Turnovers: Prepare vacant townhomes for new residents and handle urgent repairs.
Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential HVAC and property maintenance.
After hours on call duty one week per month
Licensing: Valid state HVAC License
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
