Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for projects located in or around Miamitown, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Weld and fabricate sheet metal components
Perform TIG welding, including stainless steel applications
Operate a press brake to bend and form metal parts
Work with fabrication equipment and heavy machinery
Build food-service cabinetry and other stainless-steel products
Perform duties consisting of approximately 50% welding and 50% fabrication
Assist with powder coating operations as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Ideally 1–2 years of welding experience
TIG welding experience preferred
Experience working with stainless steel and sheet metal
Interest in both welding and fabrication work
Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and fabrication techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
