Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Flux-Cored).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
Understanding of welding metallurgy, thermal dynamics, and quality control.
Skill in operating cutting torches, grinders, and other fabrication machinery.
Physical stamina and ability to work in different positions.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Plasma cutter, manual lathe knowledge a plus.
