Welder / Fabricator

Instatech Industries is looking for an experienced, high-quality welder/fabricator to join our growing team as we continue building one of South Florida’s fastest-growing architectural aluminum companies.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in aluminum welding, fabrication, and architectural metalwork.

Ideal experience includes:

Aluminum MIG welding

TIG welding
Architectural aluminum fabrication
Railings, gates, screens, louvers, pergolas, and custom metal systems
Reading fabrication drawings and shop details
High-end finish work and precision fabrication
Formal welding certifications, tickets, or qualifications are strongly preferred.

We build custom architectural products where quality, fit, finish, and attention to detail matter. We want someone who takes real pride in their work and understands that the final product represents the company every time it leaves the shop.
