Welder / Fitter combo $1k/wk take home

Welder / Fitter wanted for small Architectural Metal shop, high quality, precision workmanship is required. Pay scale is 40hrs / wk @ $25/hr plus performance bonuses for projects completed ahead of protections. Relaxed working environment, breaks and schedule are flexible but 40 hrs is expected.
Most projects are 1/2" steel or lighter. Applicants will be expected to clean parts, grind, fit, weld (primarily MIG) and occasionally prime and paint assemblies.
The ability to work autonomously is a requirement. Small projects require flexibility / variety of workflow.
This position is in downtown New Orleans.
