Welder Needed in Marysville

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Welder for a local building company in Marysville, WA. All work is indoors in a dedicated weld shop. This is a great opportunity for an experienced dual shield + hardwire welder to showcase their skills and potentially move into a permanent role with a growing company.

Location: Marysville, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $21–$26 per hour (DOE)
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Indoor Work

Key Responsibilities

Perform hard wire welding in the weld shop

Dual Shield welding in the weld shop
Fabricate building and trailer frames out of steel
Cope, cut, and fit all pieces together accurately
Use hard wire for all welds to ensure strong, clean joints
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Assist with other shop duties as needed

Requirements

Previous welding experience required

Ability to read and follow fabrication instructions
Skilled in coping, cutting, and fitting steel components
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
