We are seeking a mechanically inclined welder/fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components using Stick and MIG welding processes. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, operating fabrication equipment, and producing high-quality welds while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and/or stick welding, fabricating parts based on project requirements.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

This is not just a welding position; ideally, we’re seeking a “jack of all trades type, person”, it would be helpful if you were knowledgeable in some or all the following. Basic electrical, basic mechanical, basic hydraulics, basic construction. You’ll be working around the shop doing various tasks when not welding.

In this role, you’ll work at our shop 95% of the time but must be able to travel out of town a few times a year for installs around Texas, company paid.

Must have dependable attendance and punctuality, ideally someone who lives within a 20 mile drive from our shop location.
Being bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not necessary.

Our standard work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Must be willing to travel to job sites a few times a year.
