SK Welding is a small, growing welding and fabrication business in Graham, WA. We're looking for a skilled, dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building a successful company.

Our shop specializes in custom truck flatbeds, welding repairs, and various metal fabrication projects. We need someone who can work independently in the shop while the owner is out handling mobile welding jobs.

**What we're looking for:**

✅ Experience with MIG welding and metal fabrication, aluminum experience helpful
✅ Ability to read drawings, measure accurately, and build projects from start to finish
✅ Someone who can fabricate truck flatbeds and other custom projects with minimal supervision
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
✅ Dependable, honest, and self-motivated
✅ Comfortable communicating with customers
✅ Able to problem-solve, take initiative, and keep projects moving without constant direction
✅ Someone who wants a long-term position and the opportunity to grow with the company

**Experience building truck flatbeds, trailers, or truck accessories is a big plus!**

We're not expecting someone to know everything. We're willing to teach the right person who already has a solid welding and fabrication foundation. **Attitude, reliability, and work ethic are just as important to us as experience.**
