What You'll Do

Fit, lay out, cut, and weld structural steel components
Perform multi-pass Flux Core (FCAW) welds
Read blueprints, layouts, and work orders
Inspect finished welds for quality
Follow all safety procedures and work as part of a team
What You Need
1+ year of welding experience
Ability to pass a 2G FCAW weld test (1" plate, bend test)
Blueprint reading skills
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
