Welding Lead / Supervisor

Established welding and fabrication company looking for an experienced Lead/Supervisor to join our team. We specialize in weld repairs, steel fabrication, steel erection, structural shoring, guarding fabrication and installation, industrial maintenance, and mining-related projects.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong welding and fabrication experience who can effectively supervise crews, coordinate daily job activities, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality. The ability to read drawings, solve problems in the field, and work closely with customers and team members is essential.
