Welding Supervisors Needed

We are a new local steel fabrication company seeking a full-time supervisor to manage welders as well as a general steel erector/welders to join our team. We offer a clean, centrally located shop, competitive pay, frequent raises, and benefits, including paid holidays and one week of paid vacation.

Requirements:

• Strong welding skills and hands-on experience with stair, railing, and general steel fabrication work
• Minimum 4 years' experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and physical.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• A frontline supervisor, usually on-site.
• directly oversees workers and daily tasks.
• Ensures work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Reports to general manager.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors activities.

Compensation:
Pay: salary of up to $75,000.00 - depending on experience.
