A Mustard Seed Construction is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team!

We're seeking someone with strong earthwork and wet utility experience, specifically in water main and fireline installations throughout the Denver Metro area.

Requirements:
✅ 3–5+ years of experience in earthwork and wet utilities
✅ Ability to read and interpret plans
✅ Ability to shoot grade and understand elevations
✅ Equipment operating experience preferred
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
