Property Management Company — Manhattan, NYC

Our property management company operates properties all around Manhattan, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to be our representative on the ground — meeting guests, solving problems, and keeping our properties running smoothly.

## What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Meet and check in guests at our properties
•⁠ ⁠Carry out essential handyman tasks around the properties (minor fixes, maintenance)
•⁠ ⁠Make deliveries between properties
•⁠ ⁠Be the hands of the company onsite — the go-to person when something needs to get done

## What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Languages: English (C1) + Russian
•⁠ ⁠Experience: Basic handyman experience and guest/client communication experience
•⁠ ⁠Driving license: Valid in the State of New York — the company provides a car
•⁠ ⁠Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working independently

## What We Offer

•⁠ ⁠💵 $150.00 / day (8-hour shifts, overtime available if needed)
