All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW LLC is a locally owned, family-operated company proudly serving Gig Harbor and the surrounding communities. We specialize in residential and commercial painting, drywall, carpentry, repairs, and remodeling.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and personable Estimator to join our team!

We're not just looking for someone who can put numbers on paper. We're looking for someone who understands the painting industry, enjoys building relationships with clients, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to discuss their projects, needs, and goals.
• Perform on-site job walks, measurements, and project assessments.
• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals.
• Evaluate labor, materials, and project requirements.
• Recommend practical solutions and help clients understand their options.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field crews, and office staff.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Follow up with potential clients and help turn estimates into successful projects.
• Maintain an organized estimating schedule and stay current on material pricing and industry standards.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands the painting industry, communicates well, and is excited about the opportunity to grow with our company!
Our ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience in the painting industry (required). This may include estimating, project management, crew leadership, or hands-on painting experience.
• Has a strong understanding of surface preparation, coatings, application methods, materials, and labor requirements.
• Has knowledge of drywall, carpentry, and general home repairs (a big plus!).
• Is comfortable meeting with homeowners and business owners, discussing projects, and recommending solutions.
• Is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Can work independently while also being a team player.
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Has experience reading blueprints and construction documents (preferred).

Previous estimating experience is preferred, but not required! We're open to experienced painting professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

While we're happy to train the right person on our estimating systems and company processes, applicants must already have a solid foundation of painting industry knowledge. This is not an entry-level painting position.
