Experienced Commercial Painters needed!

Silva’s Painting is hiring experienced commercial painters to join our team.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of commercial painting experience
• Previous experience working for a commercial painting company
• Ability to operate an airless paint sprayer; skills may be tested before hire
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, hardworking, trustworthy, and willing to learn
• Available to work second shift, third shift, and weekends when required
• Professional references will be verified

Compensation
• Based on experience.

Benefits

• Steady, year-round work with approximately 40 hours per week
• Paid vacation after one year
• Company-paid dental and vision benefits after three months
• 401(k) benefits after three months
• 7% shift differential for second shift
• 10% shift differential for third shift
