DaVinci Coatings, a rapidly growing and women-owned painting company, is looking for an easy-going, reliable, and detail-oriented Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, working with crews, supporting project operations, and creating estimates for residential painting projects.

🔨 Position Overview

The Superintendent / Project Manager oversees day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinates crews, ensures safety and quality, communicates with clients and GCs, and helps prepare estimates for residential jobs.
This role blends field supervision with light project management and customer interaction.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple painting job sites

Perform walkthroughs, punch lists, and quality-control checks

Ensure OSHA safety compliance and uphold safety responsibilities

Ensure all work meets DaVinci Coatings’ quality standards

Coordinate painters, subcontractors, materials, and schedules

Organize, clean, and maintain painting equipment

Communicate with homeowners, general contractors, and internal staff

Take measurements, photos, and prepare residential estimates

Maintain site cleanliness and documentation

Assist with miscellaneous on-site tasks as needed (“a bit of everything”)

Support leadership in keeping all projects on track

📌 Requirements

Experience in painting, construction, trades supervision, or project coordination

Comfortable creating residential estimates (training provided)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Easy-going, positive, and adaptable personality

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to read scopes, floor plans, and project instructions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable using technology (CompanyCam, Jobber, Google Drive, etc.)
