Tired of piece-rate installs, where you stress about spending extra time?

We’re looking for experienced (FTTH), Fiber to the Home, install techs in the West Valley who want steady hourly pay instead of piece work.

What we offer:

Hourly rate.
Gasoline reimbursement
Multiple clients – when FTTH work slows on one account, there’s usually other low-voltage work available so you stay busy

What you’ll be doing:

Residential FTTH installs, drops, activations, and troubleshooting
Running fiber, splicing/terminating as needed, installing ONTs, gateways, and related equipment
Basic customer education and clean, professional installs
Occasional other low-voltage work when FTTH volume dips

MUST have Reliable vehicle.

Ability to work independently, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces.
Good customer service skills and professional appearance
