We are looking for a true **underground wet utility estimator** — not just someone who can price a job from behind a desk, but someone who understands the work because they have lived it.

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with strong experience in **wet utilities, underground infrastructure, commercial civil projects, water, sewer, storm, excavation, utility installation, and sitework**.

Our ideal candidate has **6+ years in the industry** and has either estimated wet utility work directly or has come up through the field. We especially value someone who has been **boots on the ground** — running equipment, leading crews, working as a foreman, managing field production, and understanding what it really takes to build the job.

We believe the best estimators are often the ones who know how the work actually gets done.

**What We’re Looking For:**

We are not looking for an average everyday estimator. We are looking for an **A-player** — someone who wants to become a key person within a growing organization.

You should have experience with:

• Underground wet utilities
• Water, sewer, and storm drain systems
• Commercial civil construction projects
• Schools, hospitals, and major commercial work
• Takeoffs, pricing, production, labor, equipment, and material costs
• Reading civil plans and understanding real-world constructability
• Working closely with field teams, project managers, and leadership

**Preferred Background:**

• 6+ years of underground wet utility / civil construction experience preferred
• Senior estimating experience strongly preferred
• Field background is a major plus
• Former equipment operators, foremen, superintendents, or field leaders who transitioned into estimating are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must understand wet utility work well enough to hit the ground running

We may consider someone with less estimating experience if they have **7+ years of strong hands-on wet utility field experience** and the ability to grow into the estimating seat.
