NOW HIRING: Underground Utility Foreman

Nu-Cal Pipeline Corp. is seeking an experienced and dependable
Underground Utility Foreman to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing
wet utility construction projects from start to finish. The ideal
candidate has strong field leadership and organizational skills,
understands underground pipeline construction, and has a proven
ability to safely and efficiently keep crews and projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground utility
construction activities
Manage projects and crews to help ensure work is completed
safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project
specifications
Oversee pipeline construction, installation, and maintenance
activities
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to
management, engineers, and other project personnel
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to maintain
project safety and quality standards
Identify and address potential jobsite risks, delays, and
construction issues
Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and
company standards
Maintain a productive, organized, and professional jobsite
Perform additional duties as assigned by construction
management
