Window and Door Installer

● Install residential windows and exterior doors
● Remove existing windows and doors
● Inspect openings for rot or structural damage
● Repair or rebuild framing as needed
● Level, plumb, shim, and secure windows and doors
● Install flashing, insulation, caulking, and waterproofing
● Perform professional aluminum capping on windows and door. Previous experience with aluminum capping is required!
● Operate an aluminum brake
● Take accurate measurements
● Keep job sites clean and organized
● Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Experience installing windows & doors
• Previous experience with aluminum capping is required
• Must know how to use an aluminum brake and take accurate measurements
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, responsible, and on time
• Able to work efficiently and keep the job site clean
• Works well with a team
• If you are still learning the trade, you must be very eager to learn and able to pick things up quickly
• Must be a hard worker and take pride in your work

⚠️ Important: Our jobs are usually larger projects, so we don’t have a lot of time for basic training. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions, and become independent on the job.
