Window and Door Regional Project Manager

Our company is a fast, up and coming window and door replacement company. We install high end products at a mid range price point in the residential sector. Hailing from an installation background, our goal is to provide an exceptional home remodeling experience from start to completion better than any other replacement company in the market.

Job Description:

Regional Installation managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects, while ensuring these projects are on time, and within scope. Examples may be job site visits, measuring windows, services, exceeding home owners expectation, answering questions including but not limited to installation, inspections, services, complaints, and general customer questions. Day to day operations as needed: permitting, warehousing, scheduling, measuring windows. Communication between departments, training and development of staff.

Required Qualifications /Skills:
-1+ years of residential window and door industry experience (REQUIRED)
-Drivers License and clean driving record

• Basic Computer skills
• customer service experience

-crew management experience
-measurement experience

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $1600 per week

• Health, Dental and vision insurance coverage.
• PTO

Full-time position: Schedule: 7:00am -5:00pm
