Window and Power Wash Technician

**Experienced Window Cleaning Technician**

We are seeking an experienced window cleaning technician to perform professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout Southern California.

Our technicians work as part of a team performing window cleaning, pressure washing and specialty glass cleaning. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the work, exercises good judgment in the field and understands safe, high-quality execution.

**Duties include:**

• Cleaning windows on residential and commercial properties, including multi-story buildings, using the appropriate access method and equipment for each project
• Using traditional window cleaning tools, water-fed pole systems, ladders and other access equipment as appropriate

• Washing building exteriors and hardscape using professional pressure washing equipment
• Inspecting, selecting and using equipment appropriately for the work being performed

• Following company safety procedures and stop-work requirements at all times
• Working safely and collaboratively as part of a field crew

• Communicating with the crew lead when site conditions, access or scope differ from the work plan
• Maintaining a professional, respectful presence while working in clients' homes and businesses
