Job Title: Window Cleaner

Location: Roseville, CA (serving the greater Sacramento/Roseville region)

Pay:
$22.50–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (occasional weekends may be available)
6:00 AM – approximately 3:00 PM
Full-time
Start immediately

What You’ll Do:

• Clean commercial and residential windows using professional techniques and equipment.
• Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, patios, driveways, and other exterior surfaces.
• Safely use ladders, water-fed pole systems, pressure washers, and other equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Sacramento and Roseville area (approximately a 50-mile service radius).
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Training:
No prior window cleaning experience is ok - we provide paid, hands-on training. You’ll work directly alongside the owner to learn our processes, equipment, and quality standards. As you gain experience, you’ll transition into working independently at customer job sites.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to our Roseville warehouse each workday.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Commercial window cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently after training.
