Window cleaner power washer

We are in need of an experienced window cleaner for our commercial window cleaning company.
Experienced windows cleaners bonus of $700.00 after 90 days of actual work. Most of our work is route work using ladder, pole, water fed pole.
An experienced window cleaner should know how to use pole, super pole, water fed pole, ladder AND chair (no chair work over 8 floors)
We start early and finish mid afternoon 6 AM to 2:30-3:00.
Must be willing to work and be a self starter.
Must be ambitious NOT LAZY or this job won't fit ("If your lazy just stay in be. You don't want no money you don't need no bread")
Must climb ladders and follow SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS
Transportation important with good driving record. Mostly will be in company truck.
Experience in all aspects we pay up to $28.00 an hour No experience start at $18.00 an hour $400.00 cash bonus after 30 days of actual work. If you can run a crew pay will increase
Bonuses come as you show your value
Our focus is on window cleaning but do a lot of power washing as well. Your window cleaning experience is more valuable then experience in power washing.
