Window Coverings Installer - Experienced

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Treatment Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled in installing a variety of window coverings. You will be responsible for ensuring installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Lutron and Somfy motorized systems. This position may require travel to out-of-area installation sites for multiple days at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install a wide range of window treatments including:

Roller shades

Roman shades
Drapery systems
Motorized/window automation systems
· Troubleshoot and program Lutron and Somfy systems

· Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications

· Travel to job sites as needed (local and/or regional)

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Provide professional, courteous service to clients

Qualifications

2+ years of experience installing window treatments (required)
Experience with motorized systems (Somfy or similar) preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Requirements:

· Proven experience installing window treatments (with emphasis on Lutron and Somfy systems)

· OSHA certification (current)

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· No previous criminal charges (background check required)

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding

Preferred:

· Knowledge of home automation systems or integration

· Basic electrical or low-voltage wiring experience
