Precision Window & Trim Install is a growing, high-quality installation company specializing in residential window, door, trim, and millwork installations throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

We are currently hiring for both sides of our business:

Window Install Crew Leads

Window Installers
Trim & Millwork Crew Leads
Trim & Millwork Installers
Helpers/Laborers willing to learn the trade

Pay is competitive and based on experience.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a company that values professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Requirements

Experience in window installation, trim installation, and/or millwork installation
Crew Leads should have experience managing installation crews and overseeing residential projects
Must have all of your own basic hand tools
Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive yourself to job sites
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Some Saturdays may be required based on project schedules and customer demands
Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically demanding environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be authorized to work in the United States

We are only hiring W-2 employees. This is not a 1099/independent contractor opportunity.

If Applying for a Crew Lead Position, Please Include:

Number of years of installation experience

Products you have installed (windows, doors, trim, millwork, etc.)
Number of installers you have managed
Types of residential projects you have supervised
Any additional experience that demonstrates your leadership and technical abilities

Service Area

Most of our work is located between Boynton Beach and Hobe Sound, serving customers throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
