Window Install Crew (Southwest Suburbs)

59-Year-Old Company Seeking Experienced Window Installation Subcontractors / Crews for Residential Projects.

What we’re looking for:

A crew or team with demonstrated experience installing replacement windows.

Ability to handle all phases: removal of old windows, framing adjustments, flashing / waterproofing, insulation & sealing, interior & exterior trim, caulking, and cleanup.

Proper bonding, and insurance — you must provide proof.

Knowledge of local building codes, energy efficiency standards, and applicable permit/inspection requirements.

Strong references and examples of past work (photos, client contacts).

Good communication, punctuality, clean jobsite conduct, and quality craftsmanship.

What to include in your response:

Years of experience and the types of window jobs you’ve completed.

Types of windows you’ve installed (vinyl, wood, aluminum, casement, double-hung, etc.).

References + photos / links to past jobs.

Warranty or guarantee on your work (punch list, rework, etc.).

Job-site protection and cleanup procedures.

Note: We are also actively seeking crews experienced in James Hardie and Vinyl siding installation. If your team handles both siding and windows, please let us know in your response!
