window installation crew

Looking for top notch quality installers (finish Carpenters) who take pride in their work and are willing to listen and learn. Also should have a non confrontational attitude and be easy to work around. Must have tools and experience working in homes, with framing , trim, aluminum brake, caulking, level. Must be a good problem solver. Need a Truck and possibly a trailer, Miter saw, nail guns, screw gun. Must be easy to get along with. Good communication skills is a must. Prefer knowledge installing wood windows with interior trim.
