We are looking for experienced Window Installers to join our team. We are also interested in connecting with established installation crews, including teams consisting of a Lead Installer, Installer, and Installer Helper. Whether you are an individual installer seeking a new opportunity or part of a complete crew looking for steady work, we encourage you to apply.

The Installer is responsible for the efficient and quality installation of windows and doors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. This role involves preparing for installations, performing various types of installations, maintaining tools and equipment, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manifest Assessment and Preparation: Conduct inventory checks and ensure all tools, parts, and materials are loaded on the truck.
• Understanding of Jobsite Locations: Know how to get to jobsites efficiently.
• Vinyl Window and Door Installation Efficiency: Perform quality vinyl installations on budget.
• Retro-Fit Window and Door Installation Efficiency: Perform order measurements and quality retro-fit installations on budget.
• Installation Materials: Avoid wasting or leaving good materials behind at jobsites.
• Completion of Work: Ensure the job is completed on the first visit without installing bad products.
• Miscellaneous Repairs: Perform quality vinyl repairs, touch-ups, adjustments, etc., on budget.
• Ability to Inspect and Report: Have appropriate knowledge and communicate what needs to be done.
• Paperwork: Turn in clear and accurate paperwork on time.
• Maintaining Installation Truck: Keep the truck clean and perform daily inspections.
• Willingness to Help: Assist and train others on the team.
• Customer Relationship: Build a bond with superintendents.
• Cleanup: Leave the jobsite clean and dispose of waste in dumpsters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window and door installation or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in installation.
