Window Installer Helper Needed – Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Window Installer Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced window and door installers. Our projects range from retro fit to new construction installations, requiring precision and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of windows and doors for retro fit and new construction projects
Handle tools, materials, and equipment to support the lead installer
Measure, cut, and fit trim as needed
Load and unload materials and supplies at job sites
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Some experience in construction or related fields (window/door installation experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, with a willingness to learn
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
Valid California Driver's License and a good driving record
Two valid forms of ID
Reliable transportation
Fluency in English

Job Details:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
95% of projects are within a 15-minute drive from our shop in Los Alamitos, CA
