Skilled tradesperson responsible for the professional installation, replacement, and adjustment of residential windows and exterior doors. Duties include accurate measuring, removal of existing units, proper installation and waterproofing, shimming and leveling, trim and finish work, hardware installation, and ensuring all installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes. Must have strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently on residential construction and remodeling projects.
