Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, tinting, and fitting of automotive windows using manual glass cutting techniques and power tools
Handle glass materials carefully, ensuring proper storage, transportation, and safety procedures are followed
Support auto glass replacement and repair projects by preparing vehicles and assisting experienced technicians
Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation of tools, materials, and customer vehicles
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform window tinting, assembly, and detailing tasks
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, cleaning work areas, and ensuring safety standards are met
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and vehicle care
Experience

Dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to develop their skills
Mechanical knowledge or background in auto body repair can be advantageous for understanding vehicle systems
Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) or auto estimating is beneficial but not mandatory
Experience with heavy lifting or vehicle maintenance helps ensure safety during physical tasks
Prior use of hand tools, power tools, or auto glass handling equipment is preferred but training will be provided
Strong attention to detail combined with mechanical aptitude will help you succeed in fitting glass installation and tinting projects
