We need Window Treatment Installation Subcontractors NOW!

Our window treatment installers have the opportunity to earn $75,000-$150,000 annually, depending on volume and completed projects.

We are a large national installation company in the U.S. with a proven track record of stability and year-over-year growth.

Work available on an ongoing basis based on project volume

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience installing window treatments, blinds, shades, shutters, or similar products is preferred.
Experience working in multifamily, apartment, commercial, or new construction projects is a plus.
Commercial General Liability insurance ($1M/$2M minimum preferred).
Commercial Auto insurance policy (minimum $300K policy).
Must have a reliable work truck or cargo van capable of safely hauling and transporting window treatment materials to job sites.
Must provide own tools necessary for window treatment installation, including drills, levels, ladders, measuring tools, and other standard installation equipment.
Contractor Licensing (State, County and City) required where applicable.
Access to a smartphone and/or tablet, as well as a computer with an internet connection.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with property managers, residents, general contractors, and project managers.
Ability to work independently and complete installations according to project schedules and specifications.
Must be able to accurately measure and install blinds, shades, roller shades, faux wood blinds, vertical blinds, and other window covering products.
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while working in occupied apartments and/or construction sites.
